Congratulations to Brian Finch — the latest employee to receive the Monadnock Food Co-op’s “Beet Award.”

Brian Finch comes in every day with unfailing enthusiasm to be a part of Prepared Foods and our Co-op. It doesn’t matter what is asked of him, he is always ready with a “sure, whatever you need, how can I help?” . He is excited to be a part of what we do every day and shares that excitement and extensive job knowledge with the customers and co-workers alike to help our department and our Co-op grow every day 🙌

The “Beet Award” is a quarterly award given to a co-op staff member who most embodies the spirit of a great co-operator. They display a friendly attitude, help others out without hesitation, and are incredible ambassadors of our Co-op.
