Congratulations to Andy Healey – the latest employee to receive the Monadnock Food Co-op’s “Beet Award.”

Andy brings his “A” game to our Co-op every day! The pride that he takes in his work is obvious to all who have the privilege of working with him. He is always willing to lend a hand to his team or stop and assist a customer in any area of the store. Andy does a great job at replenishment buying for our Perishables department and keeping current product knowledge.

He is genuinely friendly with everyone he meets. Andy is a quiet, unsung hero working every day to make our Co-op a great place to be.  He does all the little things that take extra care and time but make all of the difference. Andy just can’t be Beet!

The “Beet Award” is a quarterly award given to a co-op staff member who most embodies the spirit of a great co-operator. They display a friendly attitude, help others out without hesitation, and are incredible ambassadors of our Co-op.
