This mix is so much less expensive than frozen falafel patties! Easy to make. The package recommends deep frying, but I bake them. Eat them in a wrap or with a salad—I pair them with everything from the Co-op—Joseph’s pita, greens from produce, tahini to make the dressing, and pickles or Finallie Ferments Dill With It Sauerkraut.
