Nicole’s Toffee

Nicole’s Toffee is made right here in Keene and is my go-to sweet treat. Nicole makes this English toffee in small batches daily so it is fresh and delicious and also gluten-free! I love that we have this in stock all year long and I don’t have to wait for the holidays. The packages are tucked in with the cookies in Aisle 3. I am not hiding them for myself, I swear 😬

Happy Hen Farm Eggs

I think Happy Hen are simply the most delicious eggs the we sell at the co-op. My family and I love having “breakfast for dinner” nights on busy weeknights—my daughter just inhales the eggs! Interesting fact: other eggs I’ve cooked with seem to have shells that break into little bits which always end up in the food—not these! Happy Hen, you make me happy!
