Co-op Squirrel Bars

Our bakery’s gluten-free, vegan, and organic Squirrel Bars are delicious—so filling with a great mix of almonds, pumpkin seeds, raisins, and cranberries. I like to chill the bar and then cut it up into bite size pieces for the BEST snack ever!

Black River Norwegian Salmon

This salmon is so fresh. And so good for your health. I recommend broiling your salmon but do not overcook! My favorite way to serve it is with my homemade cream sauce which includes peas and chopped hard-boiled egg.

Q Ginger Beer

This ginger beer has a uniquely strong ginger kick—tastes great and refreshing! It’s made to use as a mixer but I drink it as is, really cold, over ice! Ginger lovers will really enjoy this.
