Monadnock Food Co-op’s Board of Directors helps to ensure the Co-op is run in a way that is financially responsible, socially conscious, and genuinely responsive to the wide interests of its Member-Owners.
The implementation of the Customer Experience Survey has allowed staff & management to become more aware and responsive to shopper interests. Randomly printed on receipts throughout the day, the survey allows for anonymous feedback on a variety of aspects of our store, and your shopping experience. It shows staff and management where they’re serving Member-Owners and shoppers well, and areas in which they can do better.
The Customer Experience Survey is an important part of communication between operations and Member-Owners. They need to know your preferences to serve you better.
Is there something we could do to make your experience better? We’d love to know! Customer comment forms can be found on our website or at our customer service desk.
You can also fill out a product request form, customer comment form, or take a business card and reach out to a department manager directly. Forms can be found online or near the registers.
