Tim Sanderson, a Chef in our Prepared Foods Department, is the twelfth recipient of the Beet Award!

Natasha, the Prepared Foods Manager says “Tim has grown so much since he started working here. He has embraced every learning opportunity the Co-op has offered and shown passion and pride about the things he took away from those opportunities.” Tim goes above and beyond to get involved with store events like the Souper Bowl, responds to customer questions on Facebook, writes blog posts, and has reported out to the store what he has learned at trainings. He is a good role model for those in his department and has been a wealth of knowledge for co-workers. Tim goes into every day with the goal of satisfying the desires of our customers and is very accepting of their requests and suggestions. He demonstrates that he is very invested in our cooperative and committed to our success in the future!
