It is with great pleasure that we announce this quarter’s beet recipient is Jim Daniels.

Jim has worked at our co-op since it opened and has been one of the most reliable and flexible employees. He is always willing to close one day and open the next day if it’s in the best interest of the department and to accommodate other’s needs. No matter what the responsibility, he takes everything seriously and fully commits to it. Managers always compliment Jim in handling closings with ease or handling a hiccup at the front end without ever troubling them.

It’s Jim’s great sense of humor and top-notch customer service that has really built him such a huge fan club — from customers’ kids to our oldest shoppers. Kerry Kelly says, “I love it when I hear Izzy or Emma tell their moms to ‘go to Jim’s line!‘ ” We are so grateful to have Jim as a part of our co-op team. Congratulations Jim!
