COVID-19 Update: February 8, 2021

We understand that not all businesses openly share COVID-19 case information, but we want to be as transparent as we can through this process.

Our Co-op had a confirmed case of COVID-19 on Sunday, February 7, 2021. This employee has not been in the store since Thursday, February 4, and in fact, this was the only day they worked that week. They had no interactions with customers and very little with staff.

We immediately conducted an investigation and followed the NH Department of Health and Human Services guidelines to determine if any staff were in close contact with this individual. (NH DHHS defines close contact as being within 6 feet for a total of 10 cumulative minutes or more, beginning 2 days prior to the first illness onset or collection of a positive test, whichever is earlier.)

Since the start of the pandemic, we have vigorously followed safety protocols to ensure our co-op is as safe as possible.  We continue this commitment today.

Thank you for your words of support for Monadnock Food Co-op. Providing healthy food for our community is important work.
