Congratulations to Chris Clay – the latest employee to receive the Monadnock Food Co-op’s “Beet Award.”

Chris is truly an ambassador for our Co-op. He provides upbeat, pleasant, and genuine customer service to all of our Co-op’s shoppers.

He works hard to make a real connection with each person that he comes into contact with. Chris offers numerous tips for how to best take care of your products and product recommendations for those looking for something new. He is a pleasure to work alongside, as he regularly fetches carts, takes care of milk bottles, cleans a spill, and helps their co-workers. Customers love their interactions with him!

The “Beet Award” is a quarterly award given to a co-op staff member who most embodies the spirit of a great co-operator. He displays a friendly attitude, helps others out without hesitation, and is an incredible ambassador of our Co-op.
