Congratulations to Connie McCauley – the latest employee to receive the Monadnock Food Co-op’s “Beet Award.”

Connie does not hesitate when something needs to be done; she says “I can do that” without even being asked. She is often seen on the grocery floor fronting shelves or assisting customers.

She always has her ear to the ground on all department needs and is constantly scouting for great people to join our team. She is motivated and upbeat about any initiative we have coming our way. She is truly a cooperative collaborator and we’re grateful to have her!

The “Beet Award” is a quarterly award given to a co-op staff member who most embodies the spirit of a great co-operator. They display a friendly attitude, help others out without hesitation, and are incredible ambassadors of our Co-op.
