We celebrated our Fifth Annual Meeting & Celebration on the 24th of October and it was a huge success!  We had over 150 individuals enjoy delicious, locally sourced food made by our Co-op Deli staff. We sampled local products, listened to store reports, announced our Co-operator of the Year, received the election results and ate delicious cake. The evening ended with an interesting and informative talk by Amanda Littleton on the challenges our local farmers face.  Everyone who participated left the meeting feeling proud to be a Member-Owner of our Co-op!

The Board would like to thank all who partook in the election. There were 170 validated votes!  This is a great turnout and we hope to continue to get more co-op members voting at next year’s election.

• Ken Gregory                 52 votes
• Katie Cassidy Sutherland    147 votes
• Bob Oberlander           153 votes

The bylaws were overwhelmingly approved with 153 Accept votes.
