KRIN’S BAKERY Chocolate Dipped Macaroons baked in Huntington, Vermont

Founder Krin Barberi’s passion is baking small batches of classic treats you know and love using time-honored recipes and simple, fresh ingredients. One of those classic treats is her chocolate-dipped macaroons. Fresh honey (locally sourced in Vermont whenever possible) is the secret to the unforgettable sweet flavor and chewy texture of these macaroons. The honey’s natural sugars give the macaroons a unique golden color as they caramelize in the oven, so they’re beautiful and delicious!

THE BREAD SHED Lemon Poppy Seed Cookies baked in Keene, NH 🍋

Brittany and her Bread Shed team launched a new cookie this spring—Lemon Poppy Seed! It’s a light buttery cookie with a rich vanilla and fresh lemon with the perfect amount of poppy seeds. Really delicious and virtually impossible to eat just one.

NORDSHIRE FARM & BAKERY NISU Finnish Sweet Cardamom Bread baked in Swanzey, NH

The folks at Nordshire Farm describe themselves as a small farm with a big heart and a warm hearth. A few days a week, you’ll find them baking some amazing Finnish goodies. We’ve just started carrying their signature “NISU” which is a traditional braided sweet Finnish cardamom coffee bread topped with pearl sugar. Best served with the national drink of Finland—coffee!  And, rumor has it that it also makes amazing French toast.
