Inspiration
Mindy’s goal, to keep her Whole Food Plant Based lifestyle, is made much easier thanks to one of our neighbors, Mama Sezz (who is right across our parking lot!). MamaSezz promotes healthy lifestyles, not diets, “We believe success lies in permanent lifestyle changes and that food should provide the nourishment you need to live your best life.”
