Every quarter we recognize an employee who exemplifies the co-op spirit. Ben Beauvais is the well-deserving recipient this time around. His co-workers say Ben is always listening to what the customer is asking for and will always look for ways to improve upon or create that product. His co-workers say Ben has a heart of gold and they appreciate his constant laughter and friendly banter—a great example for them to follow. The drive in him is unrivaled, as whenever there is a large event, you’ll find Ben behind the scenes helping orchestrate with an extremely calm and professional demeanor.
