5:15 PM – Cheese sampling in partnership with Monadnock Food Co-op
6:15 PM – Shelf Life documentary
7:30 PM – Panel discussion with director Ian Cheney and local cheese producers, cheesemongers, and other producers of yumminess that accompany cheese.

Quirky and contemplative, this delectable documentary takes us on a surprising global odyssey into the world of cheese, drawing unexpected parallels between the aging of cheese and the human experience of growing old.
Filmed in more than six countries over three years, Shelf Life takes us inside the workspaces of artisan cheesemakers and specialists to observe them at their craft. Featuring The Cellars at Jasper Hill Farm in Vermont.
