Congratulations to Eileen — the latest employee to receive the Monadnock Food Co-op’s “Beet Award.”

Eileen greets everyone with a smile and holds a positive attitude throughout her workday, even when the work gets messy.  As our Custodian, much of the work she does goes on behind-the-scenes and may go largely unnoticed.  However, our Mystery Shopper Reports always highlight the excellent work she does to make our co-op shine.

She’s a member of our Karma Committee and Green Team. Also, Eileen works to show off the talents of our staff through the employee art display in our cafe.  Her involvement, attitude, and kindness make her an incredible asset to our co-op.  Thank you, Eileen!

The “Beet Award” is a quarterly award given to a Co-op staff member who most embodies the spirit of a great co-operator. They display a friendly attitude, help others out without hesitation, and are incredible ambassadors of our Co-op.
