Rights & Responsibilities Agreement

Patronage Refunds, voting privileges, and the ability to request changes to my account are tied to the Voting Member-Owner only.

Voting privileges are only available to Member-Owners when their equity has been paid in full.

Member-Owners are responsible for maintaining an active membership in good standing.

If my membership is not active and in good standing for more than two consecutive years and the co-op is unable to contact me, my membership will be subject to forfeiture.

Important Note:

Please note that while member equity is potentially refundable, it is at the discretion of the Board of Directors.

Payment Information

There are 2 payment options when becoming a member.

Full Payment (One payment of $200)
Installment Payment (Eight payments of $25)

For installment payments, you will need to download our ACH Automatic Withdrawal form and mail or bring into our co-op to complete your membership application. Your remaining payments will be withdrawn from your account on the 15th of each month until you have invested the full $200, or notify our Finance Department in writing to pause your withdrawals.
