You do not need to create an account to shop online. All you need to do to start shopping is put items in your cart! When you are finished shopping, proceed to our check-out, and click “Order Now.” If you are a Co-op Member-Owner, however, you will need to make an online account in order for your online purchases to be attributed to your membership and for you to be able to utilize your quarterly member discount. If you’re not a Member-Owner, you will simply check out as a guest.
If you are a Member-Owner and ordering for the first time, click on the LOGIN Button located at the top right-hand side of your screen. Click on the “Setup Online Account” link under Already a customer at our store?
Under the “Reset Method” box, use the dropdown to select how you would like us to send your confirmation that will provide the link to create your account. Please Note: The method you choose (email, phone, text) must match exactly to what we have on file under your membership now. If you have changed your email or phone number, please call us to update this information.
Next, you will receive a confirmation code. This will verify your membership and credit any future purchases to your membership. You will also be able to take advantage of any promotions/discounts being offered.
Please retain your password for future orders. For subsequent orders, you can login to your account by clicking the LOGIN button in the top right-hand corner of your screen.
Some items, such as beer, wine, bread, and CBD items, are not currently available for online purchase. Other items may be discontinued or temporarily out of stock. If you're unable to find a product in our online store, but think we carry it, add a note in the order comments box when you check out. Enter as much information about the product as possible, and we will do our best to find it for you when we pick your order.
We can’t make modifications to your order or payment method after you submit your order. However, if you would like to add items to your order, simply place a second order, including the item(s) that you forgot in your initial order. If the same pick-up slot is no longer available, please make a note when you check out that you would like to pick-up this order at the same time as your original order – include the original order pick-up date and time if possible! You will receive a second order confirmation and separate receipts when you pick-up your order.
We offer customers a discount when they purchase whole cases or bulk quantities of products. To take advantage of bulk discounts, please place orders using our online Bulk Order Form, or call us at (603) 355-8008.
When you arrive, pull into one of the parking spots designated for Curbside Pickup. Once you’ve parked, simply call the main number for the store: (603) 355-8008 and let us know you are here for a curbside pick-up. We will ask you your name and have you open your trunk or rear hatch so we can place your groceries inside. You may stay in your car the entire time.
Since our inventory is continuously fluctuating due to in-store shopping, we may occasionally run out of stock of an item in our store that you ordered online. If you are comfortable with us substituting a similar item (different brand/size/flavor), please note this in the “Item Instructions” section. We will do our best to find a substitute for any out-of-stock item. If there are no suitable substitutes in stock, or you do not note that you are comfortable with substitutions, we will leave the item off of your order. If you would like to be made aware of any potential out of stocks or item substitutions before your order is processed, please ensure your contact information is accurate and up-to-date and make a note in the Order Comments section at check-out.
There may be slight variations in your final order total from what was forecast when you placed your order online. This can be due to product substitutions, out-of-stock items, or weighed items, such as produce, bulk goods, meat, cheese, and seafood.
