FreeSpring Dinner Cook-Along
Join Lili Hanft, FNTP for this virtual cooking class and learn how to make a simple, nourishing meal with springtime flavors. All recipes are free of gluten and refined sugar and made from nutrient-dense whole foods. You can enjoy the dishes for dinner Sunday night, and they also make great leftovers for meals throughout the week.
Before the workshop, registrants will receive a handout with an ingredients list and recipes. You can make the recipes along with the presenter or just choose to watch.
