August is NH Eats Local Month, and we’re excited to celebrate all month long here at the Monadnock Food Co-op!
A strong local food system does more than fill our plates — it fuels vibrant communities, strengthens our local economy, and protects the landscapes we love. Every time you choose locally grown, raised, and made foods, you’re supporting the farmers, producers, and small businesses that keep our region thriving.
Throughout August, we’ll be sharing ways to connect with your food and the people behind it — from meeting local farmers and chefs to learning skills that help you enjoy local food year-round. Let’s eat local, support local, and grow together.
