COVID-19 Update: December 8, 2020

Today we learned that a staff member in our store tested positive for the novel coronavirus (COVID-19).  We are actively working with and following guidelines from the New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS). The staff member in question last worked on December 3, 2020.

NH DHHS asked us to contact anyone who has been identified as having had close contact with the infected person (within 6 feet for a total of 10 cumulative minutes or more in a 24-hour period, beginning 2 days prior to first illness onset or collection of positive test results, whichever is earlier). We have already contacted those identified individuals and instructed them on how to self-quarantine at home.

Across our co-op, we have asked any staff exhibiting symptoms of respiratory illness or fever to stay home, contact our HR department, and notify their physician.

Our co-op prides itself on its cleanliness and food safety standards, and we are taking multiple steps to best serve you, care for our staff, and be a responsible member of our community. We have implemented rigorous cleaning practices throughout all of our store, including more frequent cleanings of high-touch areas across our entire co-op.

To learn more about the steps we are taking, please see our COVID-19 updates.  For questions, please contact General Manager Michael Faber at 603-283-5400 or [email protected].

December 10 Update:

Two additional staff members who were self-quarantining as a close contact to our first positive test have now also tested positive.  Once again with guidance from the NH Department of Health and Humans Service, we asked additional staff members, who were in close contact with these two staff members, to self-quarantine as well.
