This month, our Round It Up campaign will support the Monadnock Conservancy’s effort to protect Five Sigma Farm in Sullivan, NH. The project will conserve 55 acres of farmland and forests, including a high glacial drumlin that offers excellent grazing pasture and outstanding scenic views. Farmer, Milton Trimitsis, purchased this land in 2016 and now raises more than 200 sheep and 300 free-range laying hens. He uses high-intensity, short-rotation grazing practices, with the sheep guided from field to field by his border collies.
