ABOUT:

Join thousands of volunteers across New England to clean up the Connecticut River and its tributaries on September 29-30th, 2023, as part of the annual Connecticut River Conservancy’s Source to Sea Cleanup, a four state community event to clean our rivers.

Volunteers are needed! Please register ahead of time here! Online registration is preferred.

Cleanup crews will work on Friday, September 29th and Saturday, September 30th from 9:00am-1:00pm at multiple sites in Keene, on Saturday, September 30th from 9:00am-1:00pm in Swanzey and Winchester.

Sites include on-foot and boating locations in the three towns. Volunteers should only be using small boats such as kayaks, canoes, and paddle boats, due to limited space.

Volunteers do not require a boat, but are encouraged to bring life jackets if available. Trash bags and gloves will be provided to all volunteers, and a limited amount of t-shirts for volunteers will be available!
