Mashed Potatoes with Roasted Turnips and Pears

3 lbs potatoes, peeled and diced
2 lbs turnips, peeled and diced
6 bosc pears, peeled quartered and cored
¼ cup honey
3 tbsp lemon juice
6 tbsp butter
½ cup plain yogurt
Salt and Pepper

Preheat oven to 350º F. Melt 2 tbsp of butter and mix with the honey and lemon juice. Arrange turnips and pears on a large rimmed baking sheet. Pour honey mixture over turnips and pears and toss with your hands to coat. Bake in the oven for about an hour or until soft, stirring them at least once. Meanwhile, cook potatoes in a generous amount of salted water until tender. In a large bowl, mash potatoes with remaining 4 tbsp butter and yogurt. Add roasted turnips and pears including their juices to the potatoes and continue to mash. Season with salt and pepper.
