DESCRIPTION:Fourth Annual Monadnock Clean Energy Fair: Sustainable Solutions for Every Home\nSaturday\, September 19\, 2026 | 10 AM–2 PM\nKeene Recreation Center\, Keene\, NH\nFree and open to the public \nJoin the Monadnock Sustainability Hub and the City of Keene’s Energy and Climate Committee for the Fourth Annual Monadnock Clean Energy Fair. \nExplore practical ways to save energy\, lower utility costs\, and make homes more comfortable and resilient. Meet local experts and learn about solar energy\, heat pumps\, battery storage\, electric vehicles\, weatherization\, financial assistance\, and more. \nThe fair will feature workshops on Financial Assistance for Clean Energy Technology\, Battery Storage Basics\, and Heat Pumps 101\, along with electric vehicles and their owners\, local contractors and community organizations\, live music\, children’s activities\, and food from the Yalla Food Truck. \nAttendees can also learn about the Electrify Monadnock Fund\, which offers qualifying low- to moderate-income Monadnock Region households up to $7\,000 in rebates for home electrification projects. \nThe event is free and open to everyone. DESCRIPTION:Swing by our Co-op Cafe to enjoy live music by Randy Miller from 11 AM – 1 PM! \nRandy has been self-employed as a musician and graphic artist since the 1970s\, playing traditional New England and Irish tunes on fiddle\, accordion\, and piano. He has traveled extensively to Ireland\, Scotland\, and Cape Breton to listen to and collect the music. He hosts weekly Irish sessions\, and is the dance fiddler for The Inn at East Hill Farm in Troy\, NH. Randy Miller and Jack Perron co-founded Fiddlecase Books\, a leading publisher of traditional music\, in 1973.
