DESCRIPTION:Come chat with Monadnock Peer Support at the Monadnock Food Co-op on the second Wednesday of each month from 11 am – 1pm! \nAbout Monadnock Peer Support: \nMonadnock Peer Support was founded in 1995 as an alternative that complements and supplements the traditional mental health system. They are a member-driven organization that provides opportunities for people who experience mental health issues to support one another in moving towards what they want in life. They also establish a culture in which their members and participants feel more empowered and less dependent on traditional mental health care. \nThey also have a warm line\, a free\, confidential\, non-medical peer support call line. You can call between 4 pm – 9pm\, any day of the week and year. You can call the Warm Line at 603-352-5094.
