DESCRIPTION:Time & Location\n\n\nApr 28\, 2025\, 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM \nCheshire County Farm\, River Rd\, Westmoreland\, NH\, USA \n\n\n\n\nAbout the event\n\n\n\nJoin us for a 3 hour BCS Tractor Training\, a required training to rent the BCS tractor through CCCD’s Equipment Program in 2025! The BCS is an ideal piece of equipment for gardeners and farmers who manage land that is 3 acres or less! \n \nCheshire County Conservation District (CCCD)\, in partnership with UNH Cooperative Extension\, the National Center for Appropriate Technology (NCAT) Northeast\, and Antioch University New England’s Community Garden Connections (CGC) will host one 3-hour BCS Tractor trainings. To be eligible to rent the BCS Tractor through CCCD’s equipment program in 2025\, you must attend this training. \n \nPlease note that the River Rd. bridge north of the County Farm is closed\, the farm can be accessed via Partridge Brook Rd off of Route 63. \n \nThis program is made possible through the USDA Specialty Crop Block Grant Program from New Hampshire Department of Agriculture\, Markets & Food.
