Spiralized Veggie Noodles

Join Lili Hanft, FNTP for a live workshop!
Noodles made from spiralized zucchini, summer squash, parsnips, carrots, etc. make a fun alternative to pasta and are a great way to get in extra veggies. In this class Lili shares her favorite vegetables to spiralize, how to prepare them, and sauces to pair with them, including a creamy mushroom sauce (with dairy-free alternative) and a fresh basil pesto.
Before the workshop, registrants will receive a Handout with an ingredients list and recipes. You can make the recipe along with the presenter or just choose to watch
