Eat the Rainbow: Nutrient-Dense Dinner Cook-Along
Join Lili Hanft, FNTP and create a nourishing meal using ingredients in every color of the rainbow: tomatoes, carrots, corn, green beans, blueberries, and purple sweet potatoes! All recipes are free of gluten and refined sugar and made from nutrient-dense whole foods. You can enjoy the dishes for dinner Sunday night, and they also make great leftovers for meals throughout the week.

Before the workshop, registrants will receive a handout with an ingredient list and recipes. You can make the recipes along with the presenter or just choose to watch.
