Monadnock International Film Festival and Keene Parks & Recreation invite you to a FREE outdoor family movie series held on the Keene Recreation Center lawn.
Enjoy a free film outdoors on the big screen with family and friends! Movies begin at dusk, but make sure you arrive early for the best viewing spots. Bring your blanket or lawn chair, sit back, relax, and enjoy the show. Free parking, popcorn, and water.
FREE OF CHARGE, but you must register on this page (this gives us a way to contact you if we need to reschedule). As soon as we receive your registration, you’ll receive a separate email confirming your attendance.
HOW TO GET THERE? Walk, bike, or carpool to Parks & Recreation on 312 Washington Street. Parking is free and first-come, first-serve at Keene Parks & Recreation.
FOOD! TITO’S TACOS will be the featured food truck for all four movie nights!
EVENT DATES are Thursday nights on June 29, July 13 and 27, and August 10. No rain dates are needed this year. If there is weather, we’ll move inside to the Parks & Recreation gymnasium for an indoor screening.
FILMS ARE RATED PG or PG-13. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
Feel free to bring your own food and drink. Alcoholic beverages and smoking are not permitted in the park. No pets! For the safety and comfort of everyone, please leave your furry friends at home. Restrooms are available.
