Summer is here! Join Lili Hanft, Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner for this virtual cooking class and learn how to make healthy summer desserts, including Purple Sweet Potato and Blueberry Pie, Date and Cashew Coconut Bites, and Cherry Banana Bars!

All recipes are free of gluten, dairy, and refined sugar and made from nutrient-dense whole foods. You can make the recipes along with the presenter or just choose to watch.
