Healthy Homemade Snacks – Free Virtual Workshop

Join Lili Hanft, FNTP for a live workshop to learn about having healthy snacks on hand! Learn how to create delicious bars, balls, and bites from nutritious ingredients like nuts, seeds, dried fruit, coconut, and collagen powder that contain a balance of high-quality protein, fat, and carbohydrates to keep your energy stable throughout the day.
Before the workshop, registrants will receive a Handout with an ingredients list and recipes. You can make the recipe along with the presenter or just choose to watch.
While this workshop is free, registration is required.
