Fire Cider is a tonic to help boost immunity. It has an apple cider vinegar base, and has additives such as garlic, onions, jalapenos, lemons, turmeric, ginger, horseradish, thyme, rosemary, honey, and more! Each Fire Cider can be altered for personal flavor preferences and allergies.

The Co-op will provide 8 oz jars to take home your Fire Ciders along with the base products to include in your tonics. We invite you to bring along any specific additives you’d like in your fire cider, and join us at the start of the class to shop around the Co-op for any additional items you may want to include.

Grace strives to weave the power of personal agency, community, and the interdependence of humans with the natural world through herbalism. She specializes in bringing forth an awareness of plants that exist in our own backyard and how they can be practically utilized to support overall wellbeing. She is an educator who teaches foraging, plant identification, wildcrafting, and herbalism to people of all ages. Grace takes a bioregional approach by sharing an understanding that many medicinal plants grow locally and can be prepared in forms that support a multitude of body systems.

Teaching individuals and communities the intricacies of herbal remedies for wellness, plant medicine making, and engaging a deep appreciation for the wild medicine beneath our feet is what lies at the core of her passion.
