Elm City Compost Initiative Drop Off at the Monadnock Food Co-op
February 16 @ 10:00 am - 2:00 pm
An event every week that begins at 10:00am on Saturday, repeating until March 30, 2019
Elm City Compost Initiative will provide a drop off service at the Monadnock Food Co-op! Monadnock region residents can bring all their compostable materials, food, and organic waste to the Co-op on Saturdays from 10:00 am – 2:00 pm and drop it off with Elm City Compost Initiative. The service begins on February 2nd and will continue every Saturday.
Pricing for the drop off services is as follows:
Weekly Drop off – $13.99/month
Single bucket drop – $7.99/bucket dropped
Service is really easy! Customers receive a bucket from ECCI and whenever they are ready to drop it off they will bring the bucket to the co-op where ECCI will swap it out for a clean one. Find ECCI stationed in front of the co-op, so folks can drop off their buckets before heading into the store.
Elm City Compost Initiative is the first residential food & organic waste collection service for Keene, NH. They are dedicated to reducing landfill pressures and are actively diverting organic material to be composted. All materials collected are brought to the Brattleboro Solid Waste Management District in order to be actively composted using windrow composting.
If you have questions about the service feel free to contact ECCI at: firstname.lastname@example.org
