Local Food BBQ

August 4, 2017 @ 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm

Join us at our next farm-to-fork Local Food BBQ on our co-op’s patio! $10 per plate including an entree and two sides. We’re serving locally grown, raised & crafted food made fresh, in-house (with vegan & gluten-free options available). Bring your appetite!

Live music on the lawn, bring a blanket and spend the evening with us.

Menu:

BBQ Pulled Pork with House Made Sauce

made with Archway Farm pasture-raised pork; antibiotic-free and fed non-GMO grains.

OPTIONAL: Orchard Hill Breadworks bun, gluten free bun, Cabot Cooperative Creamery cheddar

 

BBQ Chicken Leg with House Made Sauce

made with Templeton Family Organics pasture-raised chicken; antibiotic-free and fed non-GMO corn.

 

House Made Vegan Beet and Black Bean Burger 

made with beets from Picadilly Farm  &  Carrots from Dutton Berry Farm

OPTIONAL: Orchard Hill Breadworks bun, gluten free bun, Cabot Cooperative Creamery cheddar

Vegan Cabbage & Carrot Slaw

made with carrots from Dutton Berry Farm, cabbage from Angel Wing Farm, & organic scallions from Picadilly Farm.

Co-op Potato Salad

made with red potatoes from Dutton Berry Farm, organic celery and herbs from Picadilly Farm, eggs from Maple Meadow Farm and sour cream from Cabot Cooperative Creamery.
